Please don't make your reservation directly with the hotel. The USDBC has a room block with the special rate, please follow registration instructions.

Our room block is under European Plan (no meals included). The rate is per room, per night on single/double occupancy. This rate is applicable 3 days prior and 3 days after the event based on availability. Hotel room rates are per room per night and subject to applicable state and local taxes, currently 21%, in effect at the time of check-out.

The following combinations are allowed per room by the hotel: 3 adults and one children under 12 years of age, 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years of age.

GRATUITIES/SERVICE CHARGE (NOT INCLUDED IN RATE)
Porterage gratuities are $6.00 USD per person round trip.
Housekeeping gratuities are $5.00 USD per room, per day.
Food and Beverage Service charges are 15%.

Check in time: 3:00 p.m. - Check out time: 12:00 p.m. | An Early Departure Fee may only be charged if an attendee checks out of Hotel prior to the attendee’s scheduled departure date, without having notified Hotel by 12:00 midnight on check-in day of the change in scheduled departure.

TOWEL RENTAL - There is a $5.00 USD per towel rental charge for any towels taken off property, and a $25.00 USD charge for any towel not returned.

ROLLAWAY BED - Rollaway beds are available upon request. Charge is $30.00 USD per day.

NO SHOWS PENALTY - No Show rooms will be charged for or three nights room and tax. Charge is based on applicable group rate.

30 Days or earlier, a.- Reimbursement of registration fee and b.- No hotel cancellation fees.
Under 30 days, a.- Reimbursement of registration fee. b.- Hotel reservation charge in full for the period of days reserved in case USDBC is not able to accomodate your room in another reservation
