Important information about your registration

To attend this event, you must complete the registration form and pay both your individual registration fee and your hotel room reservation.

In the event registration form, you will:

• • Provide your company and contact details.
• • Pay your registration fee – Secure your event access.
• • Select the dates of your stay and reservation details.
• • Submit a credit card – This will guarantee your reservation.

Important:

• • 30 - 45 days before the event, the hotel or event organizers will send you a secure payment link to settle your hotel room charges.
• • Your reservation will only be confirmed once both registration and hotel payments are completed.

Cancellation Policies for this event:
30 Days or earlier, a.- Reimbursement of registration fee and b.- No hotel cancellation fees.
Under 30 days, a.- Reimbursement of registration fee. b.- Hotel reservation charge in full for the period of days reserved in case USDBC is not able to accomodate your room in another reservation

Only USA exporters are eligible to register with a paid participation. Exporters from other countries may not participate as this is a USDA funded event.

Importers may register to participate at no cost; however, it is mandatory to reserve a room at the hotel, or you will not be able to participate. This is a hotel contract participation policy the USDBC and the USADPLC must comply with.

* Spouses / companions participating in the event functions such as receptions and dinners are subject to a registration fee. A secondary company staff is not considered a companion; it is considered one regular participant with a full participation cost. Please register accordingly.

Canceling your participation will imply that your hotel room reservation will be charged in full if you cancel by January 12th 2026.
